Naiman: Something I remembered when writing it and included - I don't remember this from your Durbin post, maybe you didn't forget: that Durbin said in April 2007 that he knew the Iraq war case was bullshit from being on the Intelligence Committee but didn't say anything because he was "sworn to secrecy." This puts the whole Ellsberg case in a different light: Durbin essentially affirmed Ellsberg's point that a Manning-style leaker could have stopped the war.
