Fourteen Democrats voted for the bill while 32 Democrats voting against it. '''HOUSE''': The House voted 219-211 in favor of giving the President fast track trade authority. However, the measure failed to pass due to the defeat of an accompanying bill. 191 Republicans and 28 Democrats voted in favor of giving the President fast track trade authority, while 157 Democrats and 54 Republicans voted no. However, a week later the House voted again on the Fast Track Trade Authority, this time absent the accompaniment of another bill, and passed it 218-208. Following the vote, the bill returns to the Senate because the Senate passed Fast Track Authority as a package with another bill. 

In the House vote, 190 Republicans voted for the measure and 50 voted against it. 28 Democrats supported the bill while 158 opposed it. Below is a link to the roll call of the vote.
